What I like
- Chubb is a master technician with his hands. It’s very hard for offensive linemen to get a hold of him.
- Chubb sets the edge well which allows him to dominate in the run game.
- Very good dip and rip moves.
- High motor, never gives up on a play.
- Size and athleticism.
- He can be moved inside and is very effective.
What I didn’t
- A good athlete, but not an elite one.
- Tight-hipped
- Can get washed out turning the corner.
- Not a lot of bend turning the corner.
Comparison: Cam Jordan. Neither of the two men beat you with their speed, instead, they use their size and hands to beat linemen at the point of attack.
Overall: Chub has one of the highest floors in the draft. His size, motor, and athletic ability almost guarantee he will be a productive pro.
