NFL Draft 2015 Cant miss prospects

I asked members of the IB staff to tell who their “can’t miss prospect was in this years NFL draft. Look for all three of these men to contend for offensive rookie of the year this season.

Chase Howells: My can’t miss player in the 2015 draft is Brandon Scherff, offensive lineman from Iowa. Scherff has a great combination of size (6’5″320), strength (weight room junkie) and athleticism (multi-sport athlete in HS) that will allow him to be a first year starter anywhere on the line. We have seen leadership, versatility (played guard and tackle in college) and a great work ethic. He could have a similar impact to that of Cowboys’ Zack Martin, making him desirable to any NFL team.

Cody Adkins: This years can’t miss player in the draft is Amari Cooper. He had an amazing year this past season at Alabama with 124 catches and an incredible 1727 yards and 16 tds….This was not a fluke either….He has a knack for finding the soft spots in the zone and can run any route in the tree… His speed is very underrated and he has NFL Caliber feet. interestingly enough played high school football with Teddy Bridgewater.. He is my can’t miss prospect in the 2015 NFL Draft

Ronny Carlton: My can’t miss Player is Kevin White. Many love Amari Cooper because he is the most polished of the two men, but that’s not neccesassrily a knock on White. White has traits that can’t be taught or defended in the national football league. White has excellent size and is  extremely explosive. He uses his strength to power through press coverage, and he shows a burst to create early separation. He has outstanding tracking skills and he consistently high points the ball down the field. He had several ‘wow’ catches this season. He excels after the catch because of his ability to run through tackles as well as make defenders miss. I love his overall competitiveness, physicality, play speed and ball skills.
